Frank S. Petrina, 42, of Linglestown, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2012 at his home.

Born in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Dennis and Nancy (Steckman) Petrina and was also preceded in death by a half-sister, Debra Petrina.

Frank was employed by the Commonwealth of PA in the Dept. of Revenue. He enjoyed hunting and working on his 1995 Mustang.

Surviving are his wife, Celeste M. (Chicoine) Petrina; a son, Frank S. Petrina Jr. and his girlfriend, Dana Lewis of Harrisburg; a sister, Jodi A. Murlin of Middletown; a half-brother, George Petrina of Steelton; a niece, Jennifer Muzic; two nephews, Bryer Bartel and Stephen Petrina; a great-niece, Aubrey Colavito and a great-nephew, Caleb Saltgiver-Petrina.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, Feb. 2, at 7:30 PM at Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., 6011 Linglestown Rd., Harrisburg. Rev. Dr. Donald C. Wetzel will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 PM until time of service.
